Wat Makham is a classic Buddhist monastery situated on the left bank of the Chao Phraya River in Pathum Thani Province. Wat Makham is home to religious art and architecture in the Ayutthaya style.
The large ordination hall with a base in a junk ship shape has carved wooden gables depicting god Vishnu riding the Garuda and gold lacquer-decorated windows. The most outstanding is a pagoda with 12 recesses.
