Tham Nam Wang Srithammasokkraj : Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand

Tham Nam Wang Srithammasokraj is an important source of history of Nakhon Si Thammarat to discovery of many ancient objects in the cave. There are also beautiful stalactites and stalagmites and a waterfall inside the cave. Some of the ancient objects discovered are displayed at Khun Talay Subdistrict, close to Sala Ta Khunpol or the monument of Meun Krai Phonkhan (Ta Khunphon), the commander of Srithammasokrat. This pavilion is located not far from the cave entrance of Tham Nam Wang Srithammasokraj.

This cave is 4,444 meters deep. There is stairs to the cave entrance and visitors have to walk down into the cave. During the entrance, there are steel bridges built for tourists to visit the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites glittering when exposing to the light. Visitors are also allowed to swim in the streams outside the cave.
