When Luang Pu Sri Mahaviro went to make meditation in Indonesia in 1988, he went to worship the Borobudor at Java Island. He experienced its beauty and enormity and was very impressed. When he returned to Thailand, he told the story to his disciples and mentioned that he would construct the same thing in Thailand. In 2002, he asked Phra Mana Atunolum, Phra Sakchai Aphiwattano, and Mr. Anuwat Buranakorn (Khun Ped) to visited Borodudor before starting the construction in Thailand. There are bas-relief and low relief sculptures which shows the religious legend beautifully.
