Laem Ka Cape is located approximately 16 kilometers from the town center at the extreme southwest end of Chalong Bay. Ideal for swimming, the Beach is clean, quite and dotted with rocks. This round-shaped cape located southwest of Chalong Bay is a local favorite for leisure as the Beach is clean and quiet with fewer.
A hidden beach in Rawai, the Laem Ka Beach is the only eastern-facing beach in the south of Phuket where you can go swimming. Its shallow and calm waters are safe for kids to splash around while the adults can spend some quiet time by the sea.
You can do some beach shopping at the small shops right at the beach or just laze on one of the beach chairs under the palm trees. Beer, soft drinks, or fresh coconut water are available through vendors. Moreover, the pristine backdrop of white sands with calm azure waters makes for lovely photo opportunities.
How to get there: From Rawai, head towards the Shell museum and you will see a 7-Eleven. Drive through one kilometre of coconut plantations. From the car park area, you will be able to reach the beach by walking down a steep concrete staircase.
